validation not working

When I use WA server validations, its not working. when I reopen the window after putting in the server variable, its not there any more. The code is below. In dreamweaver, it looks like there is a problem around "WAValidateRQ" "PostResult".

Also, Jason some of the files are uploading but not going to the database but all the other info that the user inputs shows up.

So, Do I put that error code on the post page "details" and not the form page?

Rob, The file size isn't the problem here. I have increased the server size and some of the files that are uploading, aren't that big.

<?php
if (($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST") && (isset($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]) && strpos($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"], $_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"].$_SERVER["PHP_SELF"]) > 0) && isset($_POST)) {
$WAFV_Redirect = "failed.php";
$_SESSION['WAVT_usersInsert_647_Errors'] = "";
if ($WAFV_Redirect == "") {
$WAFV_Redirect = $_SERVER["PHP_SELF"];
}
$WAFV_Errors = "";
$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateRQ(((isset($_FILES["UserImage"]))?"UserImage":"") . "",false,1);

if ($WAFV_Errors != "") {
PostResult($WAFV_Redirect,$WAFV_Errors,"usersInsert_647");
}
}
?>
