Jason ByrnesWebAssist

the charge rules are only displayed if the triger is met.

in the session dump there was no value for the shipping state session.

there was also no TaxRate, BaseRate or incremental session variable set.

Since these sessions are used by the charge rules, that is why the chargers are not displayed.

there is no up to date version of the database shipping tutorial. The closest thing is the instructions I provided. but those instructions are not to be completed Along side the eCommerce recipes, they are to be followed in place of the eCommerce recipes.

when i view source of the checkout page, the state list source is:
<select name="state_province" id="state_province" onchange="MM_callJS('document.checkout.billStateHidden.value = document.checkout.state_province.options[document.checkout.state_province.selectedIndex].text')">
<option value="">Select a State</option>

</select>

most of the states are passing the value 0 instead of passing the 2 letter abbreviation.

this is part of the problem and is caused by using my instructions along side the eCommerce recipes.you will need to go back to the unmodified checkout pages, then follow through my instruction for creating the recoredset and adding the set session value server behaviors.
