I was in the exact same criteria as you. Already had all that you had. My upgrade price was $49.99 as I would guess yours may be. I assumed this was because I already had the added extensions as stand-a-lones. Have you checked your upgrade price? I considered that getting the upgrade was worth it just to have the ability to install one extension insead of the four that I previously had to install. If you don't think it's worth it then don't upgrade. Simple as that.
