I asked for a refund and no one responded
Hello. On September 11, 2010 I sent an email to your sales department requesting a refund for Eric Meyer's CSS Sculptor 3 upgrade and I haven't heard back from anyone. I know that I only have a couple of weeks to get a refund for this product so I really need someone to respond soon. Below is the content of the email I sent to your sales department:
I just purchased the CSS Scuptor upgrade about an hour ago. I'm having the same problem as Nancy in the support forum when I try to insert Spry. I'm also using Dreamweaver CS5. I too am very disappointed with CSS Sculptor. There really isn't much more to it than there was. I also would like my money back. Perhaps down the road when you have added functionality that is worth the $50.00 upgrade I will think of upgrading again. I know the issue is not with using spry widgets in my Dreamweaver CS5 because it works fine when I insert them without the CSS Sculptor...just in an empty page. How do I go about getting my money back. Do I have to call or can it be handled by email?
