I hope you don't take it personal as we all need to complain when we don't understand. For example I was not to happy...not mad...but not happy when I first looked at what your were offering as I also paid out some money for most of the extension but got the increase in extensions with the subscription service. So I was confused also thinking I am not spending another $200 for supersuite since I have already spent almost $500 for essential suite and then $200 for the subscription.
But, as it has been pointed out before sometimes lack of details or the lack of us understanding gets us mad when we should not be. For me, I was blinded thinking I was going to have to spend another $200 for supersuite. Now, if I only had one or two extension that would be an amazing deal but like I said I has several extension already...so I was not happy but after thinking about it for about a day I figured out that I would not get the upgrade to supersuite and use the $200 credit to buy the rest I was missing. I ended up spending only $20 bucks more and have everything except the web standards. But, incorrect thinking I had to spend another $200 to upgrade to the super suite didn't let me see the entire picture at first.
Now looking at it...webassist gave more then they should have. For $20 bucks more and the original $200 subscription refunded as a credit I got the entire suite plus all of last year upgrades. So I got unhappy for no reason at all...it was the change and the lack of understanding on my part. Maybe a flowchart would helpful for us computer geeks.
