A more appropriate area for feedback has been added to the support page. It will direct you to a feedback form which will be sent directly to the people whom your criticism seems to be directed at rather than to the support team whom you seem to imply does not have an issue.

Depending on the nature of the feedback, it will direct you to the appropriate area to get the message to the group that needs to read it. In this case your criticisms are going directly to the people that you state don't need it.
Webassist is not anywhere close to going out of business. We haven't really considered what we would do in that situation because it really isn't feasible in our minds, but it might be logical to go open source, or remove activation. If we got to the point where we could no longer afford to build more extensions, update current ones, do marketing, documentation, maintain the web site, or do support at all, then we might have to consider the possibility of closing our doors, but as long as we have the dedicated users that we do, that simply won't happen.
