I understand that. Oh, and just for the record, I did check to make sure the emails were not coming from a no-reply address. That was my first thought. I should have most likely forwarded my questions to sales. That's an oversight on my part but they were coming from email@example.com and I know that at WA different departments handle different projects, decisions, etc. So that's why I confined my questions back to them at first. But your right, I should have gone straight to sales.
