JavaScript error occorred

I know this is been posted before. But It hasn't helped. Here is the problem. I'm using Universal Email 4.01 and DataAssist 2.0.7. I've since removed all other Dreamweaver ext.

Every time I try and use the UE to send the data from the form to the database When I hit OK from the wizard during setup I get the following error "While executing applyServerBehavior in CreatEmailMessage_WA.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

I first deleted the WinFileCache-XXXXXX.dat file. Then un-installed all extensions reinstalled them. That didn't help.

Then I just removed the whole Configuration file. Uninstalled all my extensions again. Restarted my computer. Reinstalled only these two. Restarted my computer, again. Still getting this error.

Is there something else that can be causing this besides installation issues? I am currently using Dreamweaver CS4.
