Plugin not showing

I have created a simple paypal button on a page

And using the framework have inserted a static plugin always on this page

However nothing is showing on the page.

I have uploaded the Webassist Framework Folder and the framework code has been inserted into the page

require_once( "webassist/framework/library.php" );
require_once( "webassist/framework/framework.php" );
if("" == ""){
$WA_Europe_PayPal_Button_1 = new WA_Include("Europe_PayPal_Button.php");
?><!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "">
<html xmlns="">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title><?php echo((isset($WA_Europe_PayPal_Button_1))?$WA_Europe_PayPal_Button_1->Title:"") ?></title>
<?php echo((isset($WA_Europe_PayPal_Button_1))?$WA_Europe_PayPal_Button_1->Head:"") ?>

<body><?php echo((isset($WA_Europe_PayPal_Button_1))?$WA_Europe_PayPal_Button_1->Body:"") ?>

Any ideas what I have done wrong?
