This seems to be a waste of time

I was suggesting the yahoo site explorer as an alternative so that the process can be completed. The exact place to go to on yahoo is the link that I provided in my post. Since you say that you are experiencing this error all the time and it is not intermittent I have opened a ticket for you. If you can demonstrate the issue and reproduce it with regularity it will be much easier to look into this with you. To update your ticket or check on it's status login and visit your support history.

  "Sorry, Forbidden.
You don't have permission to access this URL on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. If you're having trouble locating a destination on Yahoo!, try visiting the Yahoo! home page or look through a list of Yahoo!'s online services. Also, you may find what you're looking for if you try searching below."

Tell you what. Simply submit the sitemap yourselves via surveyor & get your own 403 forbidden error. That way you can experience the issues yourselves. I've get it every single time. You may want to look into the Moreover one as well:

'This ping server is now part of Moreover's ping server. Please use this instead, see api.html for more information.'

BTW- I do not appreciate the stupid massive 'Image verification' crap...just sayin. Apparently it's designed to discourage us regular users. Need to tone it down a few notches. Geese a 15 character annoyance.
