PS2 and Paypal Express

I have just upgraded my client's account to a business account today. There is no extra charge.

But, I still cannot get the PayPal Express to work.

The cart transfers buyers to the PayPal site to authorise the purchase and then back to PS2 to confirm. Then there is a message that says:

"We're sorry

Your PayPal transaction could not be completed. Please return to checkout and try again."

As far as I can tell I have tried every combination of the original pages mixed with the ones in the Known Issues section. I have filled in all of the information usernames and passwords properly and am still getting an error. Since I installed the new pages I am now also getting a new error. It's a pop-up with:

Spry.ValidationConfirm ERR: The element spryconfirm1 doesn't exist!

I have spoken to PayPal and they claim that it is a website error and that everything is fine on their side. I rang your company for support and got a recorded message saying that you only give support on your forum. Frankly, I expected better.

I am now at my wits end and VERY disappointed with this software and the support I have found.
