Binding dynamic data into email

I don't know. The one in the waue_attendee_Signup_1.php was done automatically. Currently I'm not getting an email at all. As soon as I added the php/sql that called on the session in the template (I copied it from a detail page that was created with DataAssist, though the sql is customized to call on multiple relational tables), it stopped emailing at all. But the data is being uploaded to the database fine.

Could the placement of the email code in the attendee_Signup.php (attached earlier) be interfering with the redirect to page on the second multiple relational table? Where would I put the redirect page info if not the 2nd multiple relational table?
