Whenever I have seen this issue before it is usually because the folder did not exist before and the web user does not have the permissions to create it. What happens if you create the director img2 yourself? Is the 2 the name of the image you are trying to upload? Please post back with any details that you can and if we need to exchange some info in private I will open a ticket for you.
