Pages show up blank when published

Sorry, I missed your earlier questions. Big deadline :-)

As Jimmy mentioned earlier, any time you have a blank page, its likely a php error, and so put this
<?php
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>
at the top of the page. That will help greatly in debugging. Often I find its something simple, like I forgot to upload a single includes file, or something like that.

Also, after you submit the page, and its blank, is the page in the address bar the page submitting the emails, or the 'thank you' page?
