The display manager used in the PowerStore specifically supreses the shipping details from showing. Here is the code that you can add toward the bottom of the display to get the shipping to show up:

php:
<?php

//WA eCart Merchandizing Show Start
//ecart="WA_Store_Cart"
if ($WA_Store_Cart->GetShipping() > 0)     {
?>
                    <tr>
                        <th>Shipping:</th>
                        <td><?php echo WA_eCart_DisplayMoney($WA_Store_Cart$WA_Store_Cart->GetShipping()); ?></td>
                    </tr>
                <?php
//WA eCart Merchandizing Show End
//ecart="WA_Store_Cart"
}
?>

This row would be added to the display table in the cart summary. It will show the shipping charges for the order. On the regular cart page though the grand total has the shipping removed from it as well, it is done with this line of code:

php:
<tr class="eC_SummaryFooter">

              <th class="total">Order Total:</th>
              <?php
              $total
$WA_Store_Cart->GrandTotal()-$WA_Store_Cart->GetShipping();
                            if(
$total 0$total 0;

?>
              <td class="total"><?php echo WA_eCart_DisplayMoney($WA_Store_Cart$total); ?></td>
            </tr>

If you just removed the -$WA_Store_Cart->GetShipping() part from the code it would include the shipping in the grand total.
