Mr. Wu did respond to you on the 9th, just prior to your post on the 13th. Did you miss it? I just started using the products last week to develop a website for a client of mine and the staff on the forums have been nothing, but helpful. You need to display some patience as they respond to every post on the forums and you also need to look at your thread closer, since Mr. Wu did respond to your post on the 9th.

Just for your information...I am design my first website and estore using the extensions, and they sure work. I have very little coding knowledge and no mySQL/PHP knowledge. I took the time to learn what is going on and it works. You still need to do some work on your end to get things to work. I did and things are working the way I want them. Sure, I run into speed bumps; however, the forum staff answered all my questions (either I may have to Google some of their responses to put in terms I can understand).

So, be patient and they will answer your questions.

Sorry for hijacking the thread here.
