Try for a refund
They wouldn't give me a refund, saying I was past the refund period. But you may have a chance depending on when you bought it.
It's almost amusing that they call including a "target" a feature. Even the crappiest menu creators on the market all have the ability to define a target. It's like buying a car, and the salesman saying that the seats don't come with it....to insult you further, they will release a version that includes target, but you'll have to pay for this new "feature". Laughable. I own a small web design company, and would never treat my customers like that.
I've been pleased with WebAssist products up until they discontinued support and further development for ASP, for eCart in particular. Now this target madness. Since they refused my refund, I refuse to buy any more of their products. You can find almost any product from someone else anyway, like dmxzone.com, etc...Their unwillingness to refund, let alone admit that the missing target thing was a flaw, was my last straw. (rhyme not intended ;-))
That said, I still use the WebAssist products I own, they just won't get any future business out of me, which is what I tell my developer friends as well.
