adding dynamic menu to a DFP upload form

Thread began 7/09/2010 12:23 pm by jeffmg279672 | Last modified 7/09/2010 2:17 pm by jeffmg279672 | 618 views | 1 replies

adding dynamic menu to a DFP upload form

My database has three tables, set up with foreign keys. I want to set up an upload form using DFP to upload to one of these tables (table b), which is straightforward enough - I've done a couple of these now and feel comfortable with this part of the process.
The slight complication is that I want the data from this form to be linked to another table (table a) and envisage having a drop-down menu pulling data from this table (a). The way I see to do this is to set up a recordset from (a) and then have the usual upload form to (b) - will this work, or am I way off the mark here?
The idea is that on the results page from (a) visitors will be able to see uploaded data from (b) at the bottom of the page where the rest of the data is contained.
Hope that makes sense.
