New Problem - Drop down menu variables not retained

The info you posted was already correct in my code. The problem was in the fact that the Modify information but was just a back button and depending on the sequence of entering the form information, it would redirect to checkout.php?valid=false and look for validated entries instead of session variables. I changed the Modify Info button to the following:

<input type="button" value="Modify information" onclick="location.href='checkout.php'"/>

My one remaining problem is that Firefox won't retain the selected variables in the drop down menus (credit card type, state, and country selections). Any idea why this is happening? How can I fix it? If you open a support ticket I can supply the code.
