Installation issue at step 2: "template does not exist"

I uploaded the db.sql file via the Bluehost upload manager, and the file uploaded without a problem. WS_FTP was apparently deleting the contents of the file. I have never heard of anything like that before.

The installation went smoothly. I added the needed content, and was thrilled that I was going to be able to turn it over to my very anxious client, when I changed the PowerCMS password, saved the file, then got a lot of error messages when I went to the content page of the site.

So, this ticket is closed, but I am opening yet another one.
