Same Problem With Missing Product Options!
We are experiencing the same problem, the user adds an item to their cart, selects a variation and then checks out. In our case the variations are Coffee Bags by weight and then bean type i.e. ground or bean. We are using Pay-Pal, when the user comes back to confirm their order the options are not visible. Once the complete button is hit the option are then displayed and the order says complete, print order blah-blah. Now on the customers email, order info in the admin area and members area the options are missing!
This is causing a big problem for our customer who need to know what to send to out to the online shopper!!!!
This also ties in to a problem we had initially with Pay-Pal not working! We have downloaded the latest files posted and now we get the original Pay-Pal error again :(
Could you possible give a full run down on what new files we need to be added + any code tweaks for the out going emails to display the options selected.
Oh and this store is LIVE so we really need to get this fixed ASAP Please.
