Hi Eric

You are so helpful. That was it! By that simple change, my cart is working, my client is happy, etc. THANK YOU!!! Now, I can breathe a bit easier....

Okay, so now that we've got it working, I'm getting courageous and wondering how I would go about setting up a different package type for one item.

For example, when we sell posters, they'll most likely be packaged in a cardboard mailing tubes, whereas the tshirts and hats will be sent Priority Mail flat rate box.

Can you tell me how I would set this up? The total weight will be about a pound with the cardboard tube and print. and it would be priority mail. I don't have the exact dimensions of the tube yet, but can find out from client.

Thank you very much, Eric!
