After doing testing on several platforms, I have been unable to reproduce the issue as you've described it. Does this error occur when you use a preset or only when you use your template? The templates look very simple, so they shouldn't be causing any issue.
One thing you can try is, with Dreamweaver and Extension Manager closed, rename the configuration folder (the one that the WinFileCache dat file is located). This will have the effect of disabling your extensions. Try removing Site Sculptor and installing it again after downloading from the website again.
