No, digital file will not effect the type of files that can be uploaded unless you select the Web Images only option.

The problem is server level.

The output if the $_FILES array:
["video"]=>
array(5) {
["name"]=>
string(24) "021NoCaguesEnElCampo.flv"
["type"]=>
string(0) ""
["tmp_name"]=>
string(0) ""
["error"]=>
int(1)
["size"]=>
int(0)

does not have a size or a temp name for the video, this means that the file is never making it to the server for digital file pro to process.

Either the max input size, max execution time or one of the other settings are causing the script to stop before the video is uploaded.

try increasing the values in the php.ini file further.

Also note, after making changes in the php.ini file, you need to reboot the server.
