JS error when trying to choose design

JS error when trying to choose design

I get an error when trying to first create a design with CSS Sculptor in Dreamweaver CS3. I try to click on finish and get this error:

While executing onChange in wacs_quickinsert.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

At line 1294 of file "Macintosh HD: Application:Adobe Dreamweaver CS3:Configuration:Shared:XML Flash Slideshow v3:scripts:utils.js":
The object is not currently contained in a document.

The only option is to click OK which produces the same error. I looked for this file and it does not exist or is hidden. This is the first time I'm trying to use CSS Sculptor. I have just purchased it.
