Error in Check out

Thread began 1/25/2010 3:35 pm by lionel307143 | Last modified 6/23/2010 1:00 pm by lionel307143 | 3695 views | 24 replies

Hi Jason,

I am using the production address, I just copied and pasted the address from the shipping section of the settings in the store.shippingapi.dll

I have also doubled checked the user and am using priority shipping and the provider is USPS.
Every time I enable shipping I get the error mention earlier. If I disable shipping the order goes through perfectly, except no shipping costs are added.

So I would think the problem is with the shipping, at least that is what I think. Any other suggestions?

Thank you for your help.

what usps server address are you using?

usually they give you 2 addresses:

problem is, the secure server does not support the version 3 rate API that we use, only the version 2 rate API.

make sure you are using the production url:
