Error in Check out when using USPS
I am having this same issue even after receiving a response from USPS with the production credentials.
I have installed the patches for USPS problems. But every time i test with a product I get this message.
Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed
Please return to checkout and try again.
when I disabled Shipping in the admin of my store - the order went through with my PayPal account perfectly.
This is exactly what I did, I did receive a response from USPS with the production credentials, entered the production credentials in the store admin for shipping, saved, and still have the same issue.

In the body of the email, they ask that you state the tool that you are using which requires this access and your username. Here's what i entered...
I am using WebAssist's PowerStore to provide an online store that includes a shipping rate lookup through USPS.
In order for PowerStore to use this feature, I will need live production server access instead of the testing credentials I have so far.
My Username is 163W######
I'd like to HAVE shipping with my store - so any help you could give me for making this work would be great!
