Importing DW Template MyCity100 into Site Sculptor

Okay, there must be something wrong with my winzip or something.

I just downloaded MyCity100 from my downloads area again.
Unzipped it using Winzip 14.0
I went into the MyCity100 directory and there are two folders (mycity_source and mycity_website).
Opened mycity_website and there are three more folders (css, images and Templates) Also four html files (index, activities, jobs, and normalfooter).
Opened Templates folder. There are two files (content.dwt and main.dwt)
I double clicked the content.dwt file and it opened Dreamweaver. There was a message that says that the file is read only and asks me if I want to make it writeable. I click Make Writable to make it writable and the page opens in DW.

When I look at it in code view, 95% of it is grayed out. About 50% of the code in main.dwt is grayed out.

I've done these steps on two other systems with other people present and starting from scratch each time. I actually don't even care about the template anymore. I am more concerned with why you seem to have no issues with these templates and extensions and I do.

Can you send me a zip of the template files that you are able to edit and I'll try those? Attached is a zip file of the last set I just downloaded. I can send screen prints as well.
