Redirecting to Failed login when success redirect left blank

Thread began 6/14/2010 6:30 am by vera155296 | Last modified 6/15/2010 9:45 am by vera155296 | 1363 views | 5 replies

Redirecting to Failed login when success redirect left blank

I am trying to set up a login to also record the date and time of login. I have created the login form with an update record behaviour on submit. However, if I leave the "login success redirect" blank it redirects to the failed login page (even though the login was successful) and therefore does not have the chance to apply the update behaviour.

If I leave both the success and failed redirects blank, it appplies the update on a correct login, but if the login fails it gets stuck in a loop.

I am also having the same problems on other pages within the same site even without the update behaviour. Any suggestions or help appreciated
