Orders not holding in database

Thread began 2/02/2010 10:20 am by jenbar3378469 | Last modified 6/15/2010 4:38 pm by jenbar3378469 | 3926 views | 20 replies

I am using your code from this thread as it seems very straight-forward, but I am having an issue:

// Initialize the session.
// If you are using session_name("something"), don't forget it now!

//store the user session
$userSession1 = $_SESSION['id_users'];
$userSession2 = $_SESSION['userActivity'];
$userSession3 = $_SESSION['userLevel'];
$userSession4 = $_SESSION['userEmail'];

// Unset all of the session variables.
$_SESSION = array();

// If it's desired to kill the session, also delete the session cookie.
// Note: This will destroy the session, and not just the session data!
if (ini_get("session.use_cookies")) {
$params = session_get_cookie_params();
setcookie(session_name(), '', time() - 42000,
$params["path"], $params["domain"],
$params["secure"], $params["httponly"]

// Finally, destroy the session.

//reset user session
$_SESSION['id_users'] = $userSession1;
$_SESSION['userActivity'] = $userSession2;
$_SESSION['userLevel'] = $userSession3;
$_SESSION['userEmail'] = $userSession4;

<?php echo $_SESSION['id_users']; ?><br />
<?php echo $_SESSION['userActivity']; ?><br />
<?php echo $_SESSION['userLevel']; ?><br />
<?php echo $_SESSION['userEmail']; ?>

I am still logged out after checkout_success. The session are not reseting. I can echo them out on the page after the code and they hold value, but the user is still logged out.

Any idea what is wrong? Thnx D
