Please create a Contact Form Tutorial

Hi - I purchased the Super Suite and am excited about the purchase.

I am starting with the creation of a basic contact form.

Would be super cool if there existed a tutorial that shows in detail how to use formbuilder and universal email together to create a contact form.

Specific discussion on formatting would be very helpful. My experirnce so far with form builder is that I have spent far more time with the style sheets trying to get the elements of the form to line up properly than anything else. See my post here:

I know that you sell a solution pack for this but I want to use contact forms on multiple sites and not have to purchase it for each site.

The Super Suite looks great and there is a lot of cool stuff there and I think some documentation / tutorials on how the different extensions work together would be extremely helpful. Since designing a contact form is very common task I feel that you would be doing your community a great service if you could provide this.
