Eric,

I have spoken to PayPal and what they have said is that in order to receive or have access to PayPal Express Checkout API, you must upgrade to a business account. I understand PayPal's pricing and the pricing that is listed there is showing the fee structure for a standard account.

In the PayPal account we currently have (Standard) there is no option to install or otherwise acquire PayPal Express Checkout or its API without upgrading.

In your link that you posted, if you click on the sign up button, you are lead here:

?&cmd=_product-go&product=additional_payment

On the following page there is a login to upgrade your account with this sentence:

"Already using PayPal?

Log in here to use the all-in-one payment solution. If you already have a Personal or Premier account, you'll be asked to upgrade to a Business account."

I could be wrong about all of this but if you can tell me where I can access PayPal Checkout Express once I'm logged into my Standard account (personal account) so I can get the API, that would be great.

Login in area in backend Admin..

I am not prompted to log in again but what happens is the when I save the payment type selection the "Site" tab in setting comes up when it has finished saving, at this point I am still logged in. Sorry I may not have been clear enough with this.
