Forgot how to access the display manager

This is kind of vague to me. If you can please keep in mind I'm a newbie, it would help. There is a learning curve here. This is how ALL people learn (and then continue on to be regular customers!)

As I mentioned before, It IS a static cart. So when you say "it looks like the default value is a static value" is this a statement of fact, or a suggestion that this is an error?

Simply: I have two shirts where a customer can specify what they want printed on shirt by selecting their desired city from a list. I just want to be able to see the city they selected in the shopping cart.

Can you please tell me EXACTLY how I "bind it to the correct form input value"?

Also, the server model WAS already set up exactly as PHP/MySQL, and the access to Local/Network.
