Unexpected results

I just posted a response but seems it didn't upload... here it is again-apologies if this now appears twice!
I have bought PowerCMS but when I try to apply it to the horizontal navigation menu bar it gives me the source code in the editor. So if I create a css UL menu with CSS Menu Writer, then try to include that as an editable item in PowerCMS, it does give the option to edit but presents whoever is using powerCMS the raw html thus:
<ul class="level-0" id="cssmw">
<li class="parent"><a href="#">Item 1</a>
<ul class="level-1">
<li><a href="#">Sub Item 1</a></li>

----etc etc.
So to edit the menu the client has to start changing the html source code, rather than using PowerCMS as a way of hiding that from the client so thy can just change, eg, "home' in the menu to "About Us" without risking wrecking the menu.
So, what I'm looking for is a GUI showing the menu for my clients to edit. Am I looking for something that PowerCMS does not offer?
