Creating new preset

thanks for getting back. Can you tell me where I find the edit button. In choice of layout in Siteassist I hit the define button to bring in a new layout - i get a choice of Css layout but this is still splitting design type and style options that appear in sculptor. There is no option for preset layout. It would appear you can only import a new layout as a Dreamweaver template. I am obviously still not understanding how the interface works between the two. I would be grateful for any further advice.
