In order to determine why you are not seeing the value in the email message I will need to check on the source code of the message that is sent. If you can save the actual email that arrives as a file and attach that to your reply I will take a look at it.

If this is something that you are not able to do or is not possible you can also send the email message to a test email account of mine, support.webasist@gmail.com. If you have the message sent here I will be able to take a look at the source code in the message to determine what needs to be done to have it show this info.
