Credit Card Transaction fails

We're sorry

Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed

Please return to checkout and try again.

This has been tried with multiple orders different cards and still the same result. Go Daddy installed an SSL certificate and their saying to me now that their is an error in coding. I personally just think their trying to throw the blame on the designer but that does the store no good as we can't process any orders. Can you please tell me why we would be getting this error. The site is using as the merchant, Go Daddy as host with SSL. Powerstore 3. Thanks again.

the store is located at ecomshop/
