QueryString Binding Issue with DataAssist Sort

I'm not sure if this thread is still being looked at but I have the same problem.

With Windows 7 32, Dreamweaver CS3 and DataAssist 2.06.

When I try the binding - sort - and then as suggested hit the tab key several times I get -
At line 746 of file "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS3\Configuration\Shared\Controls\Scripts\WATrigger.js":Refference Error: WA_getDocumentDOM is not defined.

I have deleted the dat file every time I try this to get things going again.
