No offense, but I don't think you have been on these forums long enough. WebAssist has been asking people what they want right here... just go look through all the threads and you will see how many interactions WebAssist employees - both engineers and sales - have had with customers over desired features. They have even been responding to you in this very thread.
Ray has stated all along that they include features based on demand from customers and they did just that with the latest release of Universal Email (which was the beginning of combing products into one wizard functionality yet still allowing the individual server behaviors to still be executed where desired).
In fact, your request of a single folder has been addressed. Because of the demand from customers, beginning with the aforementioned Universal Email, WebAssist did in fact implement a single file hierarchy which that have said will be the protocol from here on out as more products get combined for easier combined functionality.
Just because WebAssist is different doesn't make them worse than Interakt. Believe me, I spent plenty of time on Iinterakt as well as Adobe's forum and in my experience, WebAssist is far more responsive than either of them ever were. However, I am not knocking the other two either - it is just my experience. Just give WA a chance. If you love developing, the support offered here from employees and community members is pretty darn good.
