I have exact same problem...

Yes, I tried this:
Note: If the problem persists, you may need to uninstall your extensions,
reinstall them, then delete the MacFileCache.dat file and open

My configuration details are:
- Dreamweaver CS4
- WA Site Import 1.1.0
- Mac OS X 10.5.8

Any assistance would be really great. I've also tried deleting the MacFileCache.dat file etc. Still does not work :(
