How to send email to different groups

You would have to add a column to the database to store which group each user is in. This would be if you wanted each user to be in one group only. To keep it more organized if you want a user to be able to be in multiple groups, you would want to have a new column for each group type and have the column be boolean and then set to true if the user is part of that group. Then you would want to set up a recordset that will filter the values based on the group you want to send to and use the recordset to bind the values to the to field of the email behavior.
