CSS Menu Writer Nav hiding under embeded pdf using an object tag

Thread began 4/28/2010 11:56 am by dgm1design257220 | Last modified 5/04/2010 3:52 pm by dgm1design257220 | 3257 views | 6 replies

IE 6-8 Browser Issue

I am using IE 8. But the navigation is hidden on my screen when I preview it in IE 6. I am using a program called IETester to preview the page in IE 6, but am having multiple issues when viewing it in that version. The most prevelent is that the CSSMenuWriter navigation doesn't even show up on any of the pages and the main content areas background image that I have set using a CSS style sheet is also not showing up. I looked on several forums and tried several fixes but none of them worked for me. Most of the people said that IE just has a buggy way of displaying background images in IE 6. I would hate to create this website and have users with IE 6 not even be able to see the navigation or background image on each and every page in my site. Any suggestions?
