I'm no fan of WA's often arrogant attitude to some customers, but to be fair to them, I do think that they are in an unfortunate situation here with this problem.
Perhaps the solution (sic) packs can be turned into extensions with further releases so a licence is stored.
However, this doesn't get round the more sinister problem of the EULA stating we give them the right to 'investigate' our private property (i.e. your PC).
Would a payable on-line version of the solution pack work better? This way, we only pay each time we use it.
I give this thread 2 days before it disappears!
