Well, that is exactly why I started the back end ticket, so that I could get your contact information to give you a call and troubleshoot on your computer.
I checked your ticket, and there is no response from you giving us the contact information we need.

If you look at the history of this thread, I started the ticket on 04-16-2010. In the ticket I asked for your contact information, but there has not been a reply. I don't see how that can be "Not Good Enough".
