It is unrealistic that we would ever need to invoke that clause unless you were participating in rampant abuse and ignored any warning we send to stop.
By adding it, we hope that will be deterrent enough so that we will never need to use it. From a legal perspective, adding a term without any method of enforcement would not make much sense.
The terms are to protect our company in more extreme situations, not a reflection of our plans to start auditing anyone.
I'll tell you what officeguy, if you have any reason to believe I have any personal information of yours stored on my computer... you can come to my office and look through my computer to make sure I don't have anything stored. I give you that right... You would be as silly to invoke it as we would be to come to your office and look through your computer for unauthorized licenses without reason.
