Still waiting for help on this, please. Recap the wizard when selecting PayPal Website Payments Standard only asks for business: Paypal Member ID. After wizard completion the Paypal express link doesn't work however payment via credit card works fine.
I did run the test code you suggested and this is what i get back in return

I have no idea where the API info is supposed to go. Do i need to create a binding?

My only option at this point seems to upgrade to PayPal Website Payments Pro... is that what i need to do?
