How do I create a simple form and include captcha?

Update to original...
I have two questions:
First, I have used CSS FB to create a new form (I gave up attempting to edit an existing one!). The form has Captcha and I have included std client side validations to the basic txt fields and have the form's action pointing to the same file. The question I have is how to re-direct the form when the server side validation of the captcha field passes without error.

Second, I see in the documentation it is possible to "Modify the Design" - I would like to tweak the captcha presentation. The docs show an interface to modify various form elements but I cant find where to get at these. I have tried selecting the form in Design View and then selected the various Edit options in DW's Properties, but that just takes me to the same screens I had when I was setting up the form. How do I edit the captcha (or any other element's) properties.

UPDATE: I figured out the trick on editing the Form Design. Still need some advice on how to code the re-direct when server validation has passed.

Attached is a form file created using the default Secure Login template. This file is quite different to another I created from scratch for the actual requirement in the PHP code at the top of the file.
For example, the attached file includes:
if (isset($_POST["Securelogin_submit"])) {
$WAFV_Redirect = "subscribe-css-3.php?invalid=true"; NOTE that subscribe-css-3.php is the file with the form

Whereas the file I created from scratch includes:
if (isset($_POST["Default_submit"]) && !isset($_GET["invalid"])) {
so since if in the case where the url param invalid is not set - ie: no error detected, I edited the next line shown below to point to the required file if no error encountered viz:
$WAFV_Redirect = "http://www.mysite.com.au/admin/emailmarketer/form.php?form=1";

Thanks.
