PW3 Checkout Failure

Hi, Jason. Thanks for looking. It is a php page, checkout_failure.php. I got the file from the production server, put the page in DW, detached the template, pasted the code in at the very, very top, then, renamed the source-copy on the server to 'old' ,I put the file back into the root directory of the site then ran a new order. I got a confirmation page, submit, then this -- a page designed with my designs, and that code at the top. In a perverse way I glad it doesn't tell you any more than it tells me. Stumped here. And more importantly stopped.

The client wanted to launch on April Fools Day. They'll have to wait. Not especially funny.
