connection issues

hey neilo, i have a resellers account and set my own ftp accounts but im sure i have all the correct credentials and the permissions are predefined by my host...i was able to upload to server with ps2 with out any trouble...i read in another post to set permissions to 777 which my hosting provider does not allow or 776 becuase of security issues all of mines are set to 757 and 750 however i was able to upload ps2 via ftp.

also by the way thanks for explaining how to properly extract ps3 files into i have my site defined and root/image folders properly set thing out the way..however when trying to upload to server still recieving same error..

does this sound like permission issues or anything else that you can think of?
thanks friend your the best.
