How do I setup different shipping costs?

The shipping rules I created are still not showing up on the checkout pages. I'm a bit exhausted at this point and I would almost consider FREE SHIPPING just so I don't have to wrestle with this anymore. But I won't till I figure it out.

I followed what you said in the last post about "adding ProductType to the cart.php page so you can see what the value of that column is when items are added to the cart" but, nothing was showing up and nothing seemed to be changing. Am I supposed to do this on the LIVE Server Pages... will it work on the LOCAL Machine also?

Would it be possible to explain it a different way and in more detail step by step? Or possibly offer some suggestions as to what else or where else I might look?

Is there anything that needs to be done under the Calculations/TotalPrice Formula?
I also realized I had to create a column named ProductType using PHPMy Admin at GoDaddy. Thought for sure that was it... But it wasn't, shipping is still not showing up.

Thanks for your patience with all my code issues.
I'll keep trying to learn.
Dan
